Jonathan Levine, a founding partner of Levine Smith Snider & Wilson, will present at the ICLE State Bar Series Seminar on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017. His presentation, “Motions in Limine and Other Pretrial Motions,” is slated from 8:15 – 9 a.m. The conference will explore the many facets of jury trials and recent trends, and a special “Judge’s Perspective: What Divorce Lawyers Need to Know About Jury Trials” by the Honorable J. Stephen Schuster. Conference participants are eligible for seven hours CLE and five and one-half trial hours.
