On Sept. 13, 2016, Paul J. Coburn, a partner with Levine Smith Snider & Wilson, will be a featured speaker at the Atlanta Legal Aid Society’s Legal Services University 2016 Conference. Paul’s presentation, entitled “Drafting Effective Marital Settlement Agreements, Parenting Plans and Orders,” will cover several specific topics that are commonly included in these documents, including settlement checklists, boilerplate language, custody, child support and child care considerations, alimony, attorney’s fees and issues related to real estate such as refinancing, loan assumption and sale of property.
