Brandon T. Guinn, an associate attorney at Levine Smith Snider & Wilson, has been selected to speak at the 33rd Annual Family Law Institute in Amelia Island, Florida on Thursday, May 21, 2015. Brandon will speak at the, “Hot Tips by Rising Stars” session. His topic, “Sequestration of Expert Witnesses,” will discuss the standard applied to the sequestration of expert witnesses and arguments that can be used in favor of and against the sequestration of witnesses.
